When it comes to progressing or preparing a case, whether you need to submit documents or applications to Court or on official body, Jan has vast experience in effective drafting.

Jan has experience of drafting advice on quantum and liability for personal injury cases and Employment Law documents including Forms ET1 (claim form) and ET3 (response form).
