For Immigration work, Jan will also advise on grounds for appeal against a negative

decision by the Home Office or Entry Clearance Officer, and he can also provide advice

on grounds of appeal against a decision by the First-tier Tribunal (Immigration and

Asylum Chamber).

You will also be clear about any grounds available to you for Judicial Review and the

merits of any Renewal Application  in cases where the Administrative Court has refused

your Judicial Review application on the papers.

In pursuit of your case, Jan is able to advise you on the prospect of taking your case to the European Court of Human Rights and on any recourse to United Nations mechanisms and bodies which would benefit your situation.
