“How does it benefit me?”
· You can communicate with and have direct access to a Barrister who can advise and represent you on your case without having to go through another lawyer first;
· Barristers are trained as specialist advocates who are usually involved when expert legal advice is required and may often be in a much better position to foresee any challenges and complications in your case and make sure that those are addressed at the earliest stage of your case;
· Public Access affords you a quicker and cheaper way to have your case dealt with: cutting out the “middle man” (for example a solicitor or OISC registered advisor) in running a case decreases costs and means that the overall costs for legal representation is likely to be cheaper.
